Pars Online’s Broadband Customer Support is handled by the company’s Network Operation Center (?). The NOC, which consists of the country’s top quality network engineers and graduates of the ICT and international networking courses, provides a host of support services for the customers. Some such services are listed below:
● 24-hour responding service for customer queries
● Continuous monitoring and maintenance of the status and effectiveness of the bandwidth used by the customers, and informing them of any occurring problem
● Providing report generating tools
● Providing various technical reports at customer’s request
● Internet chats with customers and online troubleshooting, if possible
