Current Job Title: Senior Enterprise Architect Reporting To: IT Manager
Department: Information Technology Location: Tehran-Pardis
Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Develops and implements plans to translate enterprise information system objectives into functional business systems
2- Optimization of information management approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities
3- Identifying, developing and improving process and procedures
4- Develop performance system that provides visibility on the enterprise flows and processes
5- Accountable for the acquiring the auditing and compliance policies from Quality Assurance department
6- Develop and maintain current and future state business architecture
7- Design and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems
8- Develop and communicate enterprise technology standards and policies
9- Manage a team of enterprise architects
10- Develop, communicate and deploy Enterprise Architecture processes
11- Perform annual architectural maturity assessments
12- Create gap analyses plans
13- Review new and existing program/project architecture for compliance with IT standards, policies and architectural plans
14- Produce regular architecture status reports
Qualification and Experience:
1- Minimum BS or BA degree in computer science or related field , MSc. in IT or MBA degree or equivalent experience is highly recommended
2- Minimum 8 years’ experience in applications or systems programming with 2 years in a management role desired
Competencies:
1- Ability to plan and control projects
2- Ability to understand and clearly relate to other members of the organization, technical manuals, software specifications, and general methods of systems software operations
