Current Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager Reporting To:

Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Develop and manage IT project from beginning to end including project charter, project plan, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed, develop schedules and methods for measuring results
2- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
3- Meet with and receive feedback from project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
4- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
5- Provide capital and resource planning, inventory management and infrastructure design
6- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
7- Plan and schedule project timelines and track milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
8- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify issues, and devise contingency plans
9- Provide frequent on-site monitoring and enforcement of installation schedules and vendor quality inspect prospective and completed facilities in accordance with corporate standards and procedures
10- Provide leadership and clear direction to the team members. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
Education and Experience:
1- University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent AND 4+ years experience working as a Project Manager in Telecom/Information Technology environment
2- Project Management Qualifications and Accreditations ( PMP or Certification in project management )
Competencies:
1- Knowledge and experience in cross-functional project management methods and techniques
2- Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment
3- Knowledge of the techniques for managing cross-functional teams
4- Self motivated a team player with ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities with different departments to achieve maximum efficiency
5- Skill in technical planning of information technology projects
6- Goal oriented with customer service mindset
7- Ability to synthesize project information and establish the appropriate scope of a project
8- Ability to apply strong project management skills and methodologies
9- Exceptional organizational, analytical, problem solving as well as business development skills
10- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
11- Proficiency MS Office Suite and MS Project
