Current Job Title: Project Management Administrator Reporting To: Enterprise Department manager
Department: Enterprise Location: Tehran - Pardis
Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Assist Project Manager from beginning to end including development of the project charter, project plan, setting goals, and budgets; identify resources needed, develop schedules and methods for measuring results
2- Provide basic desktop publishing support in Word, Power Point, Adobe, format documents, create presentation, create and maintain reports in Excel
3- Make determinations and provide recommendations addressing new project schedules and/or feasibility of pre-determined schedules
4- Provide accurate project documentation and record maintenance throughout the project. Maintain all historical data on projects for future projections and project budgeting
5- Monitor all phases of a project and promptly address any changes to the original scope of services and the impact to the project schedule and budget. Continually assessing project needs and resources available to complete the project successfully
6- Be able to establish a systematic method for self and others to track time commitments and the completion of tasks; coordinate and plan domestic and international travel arrangements; coordinate and make arrangements for conferences, meetings and events
7- Preparation of various weekly/ monthly reports relating to project performance
Education and Experience:
1- University degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or equivalent AND One year plus experience working as a Project Administrator in Telecom/Information Technology Industry
2- Excellent Project Management skills
3- Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, Word etc
4- Knowledge and experience in cross-functional project management methods and techniques
5- Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment
6- Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
7- Self motivated team player with ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities with different departments to achieve maximum efficiency
8- Details oriented with customer service mindset
9- Ability to apply strong project management skills and methodologies
10- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem solving as well as business development skills
11- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Competencies:
1- Responsible to support Project Manager and Project team members for all Pars Online enterprise projects
2- Able to provide office support, high level assistance for multiple projects on a wide variety of tasks, ranging from copies, filing, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, distribution of information, reporting project performance and other tasks as per Project Manager to keep project running smoothly
3- Will work in conjunction with the cross functional project team in a very fast paced environment
